I have never heard of such a service before is it new? |

No it is not! The first pet waste removal business was started in the 1970's and now there are well over 100 world wide! |

Do I have to sign a contract? |

NO you don't! I just ask that you give me either a call or email. The service
is a prepay...you pay we scoop. |

Do I have to be home while you work? |
| A: |
No you don't! But I will need your gate to be unlocked, and if your dog is aggressive it
would need to be inside. |

What do you do with the scooped poop? |

It is double bagged, and then placed inside your outdoor trash can, or placed in a designated area.
I can remove it at a extra charge. |

Can my dog be in the yard when you scoop? |
| A: |
Yes, if he/she is not aggressive! But if they do not like strangers in the yard,
then they will have to be inside while I am there. |

My yard is BIG is there an extra charge? |
| A: |
My rates are for yards that are a ½ acre or less. There will be an extra charge
for larger yards and if the front yard needs to be done as well. |

What happens if it snows or rains? |
| A: |
If there is a snowfall over an inch, then I will service just as soon as the poo
can be seen again,even though it could take up to 2-3 weeks for snow melt!
If there has been heavy rains, then I can only scoop the
remaining solids that are left. In the fall season, heavy
leaf fall can be a problem. I can only scoop what I can see. |

What if my dog is gone from the yard and on vacation? |

We can stop and then resume service at anytime, just call or email please
24 hours ahead we make our routes out a head, if you don't call and we come out you will still be charged for the service. |

Do you work year round or in bad weather? |

Dogs don't stop doing their business for rain or snow and we try to follow suit.
We will scoop in almost any weather provided it is safe and we can see the waste. In
cases where there are weather advisories and/or warnings, we will reschedule. |

Do you charge extra for the first visit? |

Initial clean up fee may apply, for excessive waste accumulation. |

Should I unlock my gate on service day? |

Yes or you can provide a key as we need to be able to enter the yard.
In the event that your yard isn't accessible at the time of a clean up,
it will counted as one visit. |
